I am a work-in-progress artist and a leader who continues to learn and unlearn, but here are a few things I’ve managed:
Pivoting from being a rejected dancer getting nowhere in my career and not fitting in any boxes, to becoming the BOSS of my own career, creating my own box and path while using dance to create positive change in the world.
Building Infinite Flow from zero seed money to a 6 figure innovative social enterprise and dance company with a track record of 100+ performances, 75 Million Facebook video views, etc.
Shifting from waiting hopelessly for the next gig and not even being invited to auditions, to initiating opportunity and being invited to perform and speak all over the world.
Going from being a “nobody” to being featured on NBC Today, Good Morning America, being named People Magazine “Women Changing the World 2021” etc etc, without a publicist.
Moving from not knowing what a brand is, to partnering with big brands such as Apple, Facebook, adidas, Capezio, Red Bull, Porsche, Farmers Insurance, Kaiser Permanente, and others.
Jumping from not having any friends to being surrounded by awesome, creative, and successful people who I can call family.
Shifting from being caught in competition and comparison daily, to being able to focus on my craft, business, and God-gifted purpose.
