I started practicing meditation daily during the 2020 pandemic to help relieve anxiety. I created my first guided meditation in March 2021 amidst the trauma and chaos that arose from the rise of Asian hate crimes. It was my way of processing what was happening around me, and it became a gift of healing to the Asian friends around me. Through this first meditation, I realized that guided meditations were a way to share my wisdom with others, and decided to continue publishing them. Your mind is powerful. As Bob Proctor teaches us, “Thoughts become things. If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.” I use my own meditations too, and they work :)

To clarify, a changemaker is anyone who is making a difference and taking creative action to solve a social problem.  A changemaker is not necessarily an entrepreneur.  They exist at the workplaces, at schools, in the community, and in the home.  There is no age restriction to being a changemaker either.

  • If you are seeking how you can better serve the people and communities around you, my meditations are for you.

  • If you are in soul-searching-mode, my meditations are for you.

  • If you are already a changemaker seeking to get to the next level, whatever that may be, my meditations are for you.

  • If you simply need 10 minutes of peace and positivity, my meditations are for you.
