Inspiring Inclusion + Resilience
in Healthcare Professionals

Healthcare professionals often feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and disconnected from the deeper meaning and purpose of their work. They need inspiration and empowerment to keep going.

As a spinal stroke survivor initially paralyzed from the neck down followed by a long-term hospital stay; late-diagnosed Autistic; and survivor of multiple accounts of trauma, I am passionate about health and wellness. I would also not be where I am today had it not been for the many healthcare professionals who had supported me along my journey.

Through my keynote presentations, I inspire healthcare audiences to:

  • Embrace their own stories of overcoming challenges and finding purpose.

  • Celebrate diversity, inclusion, and the power of the human spirit.

  • Reconnect with meaning and joy in their work.

  • Become agents of positive change.
